I bought an airtel prepaid connection no. 9910988892 three weeks before from kalkaji new delhi by a retailer by submitting a valid photo id and address proof. after 10 days i got message from airtel that my documents reqd. have not reached to them so i have to resubmit.so, i resubmitted them at axis communication faridabad sec 16 a but 2 days back my all calls are barred by airtel sayin the same old story of docs. not reaching without giving any notice. now wat to do when their own channel partner does not forward the docs. reqd. i am suffering with no calls possible on the phone inspite of having 250 inr balance and 1 year validiy till april
