Extra shifting charge

I neeta singh usig airtel broadband since last 2 years, i have a complain dat in this month i am charged 300 rs extra as shifting charge which is not done by me from last year when we shift fron 159 to 161 house no.so i am thankful to u if u look into my problem as soon as possible,
