My Coal India IPO application No.24486909 Dt 21-10 for 400 shares. My cheque No785137 Dt.21-10 for Rs.98, 000/ was bounced by SBI, Motinagar Br, wrongfully. I want to file suit in consumer court for loss suffered by me. Registrar LINK INTIME INDIA PVT. LTD, Mumbai did not return my cheque despite my email and oter communication.(speed post).
