Hi guys

i read all blogs and comment before going for interview to this company.

so i had lot of questions when i sat for final interview. the manager told me very straight forward that we work for charity clients and we do fundraising.

i was told very clearly that u get paid on performance.

so before joining i thought a lot, took suggestion from my uncle who is head of a consultancy. finally i decided to give it a shot for 2 weeks.

started working in west patel nagar office about 20 days back.

first week was shit in sales but my trainer and team leader were really helpful.

seccond week itself i did good sales alone.
