Loss my commodity a/c

I am Rajiv Kumar from Sirsa Haryana.. During my MBA programme i have been my summer training in India Infoline Ltd at Kirti Nagar, New Delhi. During that i have open some eqyuity a/c and only one commodity a/c. IIL did not provide any detail about that commodity a/c till today. But Customer always come to me and try to put court case against me. i have visited so many time at IIL in Pitampura branch but no reply. Res/ Sir please resolve this big problem as soon as posible.
