VERY POOR & CARELESS MARKETING APPROACH

I had applied online for getting SBI Credit Card (Platinum). I received several phone calls on mobile from SBI Cards Service Agents. Their so called executives met me thrice and collected every time from me, Copy of PAN Card, Salary Slip, Copy of Driving Licence but the card has not yet been issued to me. On 07/05, I again received phone call from 011-45541847 followed by a confirmation call from 011-45081479. They again foolishly enquired those things which I had already informed us for several times. They again insisted me to provide same documents (PAN Card, Salary Slip & Driving Licence) to their executive who supposed to come to me between 2.00 p.m. to 3.00 p.m. on 07/05. I had been waiting for him till 6.30 p.m. but no body came to me. Now I am waiting for more foolish calls of the same type from SBI Card Services who are reluctantly doing this job of marketing of SBI Credit Card.
