Wrong Debit entry of Rs. 1000/-

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have a savings account no.(00000064040036680) in State Bank of Mysore, Tiptur, Tumkur Pin Code 572202.

I have used SBM Bank's ATM on 01-julyl for withdrawal amount Rs.1000

A slip came out written "unable to proceed". I have not received any money from that Bank's ATM. But my account showing Rs.1000/- debited for the transaction. In mini statement 1000.00-DOM WDL MC written.

I have complained to my Bank Branch.

so please tell me what to do in this case.
