Wrong Payment

I, Col R K Bhushan, wanted to make payment of Ms Vibha Joshi for the Citi Bank Crdit Card No 5546 3702 2038 5527 for Rs 14684/= but by mistake it have been paid to you against mobile No 9971509977. You will agree with me that it is an huge amount and two payments can not be made in one month. Do let me know as to how it can be reversed so that I make the payment to Citi Bank.
