When I called the concerned person he did not receive the courier. The person name is Shankar rao, Statebank of India, Kambal tank, Rajahmundry. It is now 6 days delay the courier not received by the person.

Also when I call your courier center at Devi chowk rajahmundry they are not giving the prompt response. Please tell me what I can do on this issue.
