After 5 years, bills have started coming

I am receiving SMS from SBI, as per follows" your statement dated 06 Jan has been despatched, total amount due of Rs685.98 or minimum amount of Rs239.86 is payable by 26thJan SBI Card"

I wish to state that 5 years back, without my asking an SBI card was received in our house, and after 2 years, on telephonic talk with their toll free number was told that my SBI card was cancelled and there is no due from me and in future there will be no bill sent to be.

Now again after 2 years, I started receiving the above SMS.

I want a compensation of Rs1, 00, 000
