Not meeting criteria for card

I had three experience of credict card rejections.

First two were relating with the SBI bank.

one with KOTAK Bank.

They have not giving me reason why they were not issue credict card.

I dont understand why this is happen to me.

I want to know exact reason which lead to failure to get credict card from these bank.

please give your suggestion. and plese send iformation where i can do further inquirey.
