This is with refrence of citi bank credit card no -5546196850819018 name of meenakshi bisht which alrdy been blocked from bank side of my request bcoz i wanted to convert card outstanding in to EMI coz of financial problem .and bank also commited me for same.. and for this also i got a letter from bank side that plan has been booked in to EMI plan with all documentation from my side.but some time leter i got a call that plan has been rejected and stll i dont kmw wht the reason of rejection of this plan.. and for renewel of this plan i also written a mail for citi bank custmor care. no response i still recieved yet.. but now i am not able to understand why bank putting so much intrest charges on that card after done my so much request and mails for regarding same. insteated of help me out of this problem u not even putting me huge charges of past four month also presenting my cheques in to bank and taking my money too witout of my knowledge... i wil not take more this problem only reason of pathetic bank services and useless working staff... i havnt seen that such kind of services in any other bank. i dont wht kind kind of service u r providing to customer ..kindly give me a way to out this problem until i need to take help of law...
