An amount of Rs.1, 28, 357 has been shown as written off in cibil account in Control Number 44, 35, 28, 850 said to have been pending towards credit card. To the best of my knowledge I have already closed the credit card which was on my name very long back. Due to the above, I have been not sanctioned the LIC Housing Loan. The details of amount pending may be clarified so that I can proceed legally with the banking authorities.
