It may please be noted that when I closed the ICICI BANK Credit Card, I had no outstanding.
I hope you will take immediate attention on the subject & response me within 72 hours, otherwise I will Published my experience with ICICI Bank-Credit Card Unit to the News Paper & share the same with Media & seek Legal advise.

In this context please note that in liue of cheque number 065904 dated 10/12/04 rs.2654/- payment has been received by you vide cheque number 985715 dated 09/06, which has been credited against the aforesaid debit on 13/06. The cheque no.065904 dated 10/12 was bounced for wrong information given by your office vide email dated 20/12, wherein you have informed me that the cheque no 065904 has ben credited.
I have already informed you vide my email dated 08/07 that your customer care informed me a cheque number 642037 dated 13/09 for rs.3560/- drawn on Punjab National Bank has been bounced is incorrect. No Cheque of the said amount on the said bank has been issued by me. I also made request to your office to provide me the xerox copy of the said dishonor cheque for my verifiction, which has also not been provided to me by your bank till date.
I once again requesting you, please verify your record & provide correct scenario to CIBIL immediately under information to me.
I hope you will take immediate action on the said issue enabling me to refrain me to publish my expericence with ICICI Bank thru' Media.
