Cannot provided the details before closing my platinum card

Dear All,

This is regarding my platinum credit card, as i has been shifted from ahmedabad to mumbai recentely but my card is blocked and there is no intimation or communication to me and now had called up to ur customer care they are saying they cannot change the address as first you need to get you new card collected but can you tell me how can i get my new card collected if i am already shifted from my old address..

need to get the same on priority

suggest if anyone can call on priority, so can provide my card details ..
