My dad was using Barclay's credit card. He paid the whole unbill amount. After a month Barclay people send us a bill of Rs.500. When we called them to cross check the bill amount, they said the amount Rs.100 was overdue which you didn't pay and we charged Rs.100 for executive who came to receive the payment. You didn't make the payment timely that the reason after charging Rs400 as late payment after due date, the total amount is Rs. 500. When my dad raise a complaint for irrational billing amount, they people didn't turn up. And now they make the bill of Rs.5000 which was just Rs.100.
I want to ask why should my dad pay the late charges, the guy who came for collection should that time only ask for collection charges instead of sending the bill of Rs.500 which also include late payment charges. So many times I have already forwarded the complaints to Barclay's customer care, but nothing is happening.
