Due to wrong debit of Rs.400 /-, ICICI CREDIT CARD DEPARTMENT HAD SEND ME THE SMS REGARDING THE REVERSAL OF Rs.400 /- for the wrong debit.but till today they did not reverse my charges. Inspite of they send me a lot of Penaulty Charges with Interest. Also block my credit card and send this details to CIBIL.
CIBIL also accept the entry from ICICI CREDIT CARD DEPARTMENT. Why CIBIL ACCEPT such entries without communicated to person whose credit lost. My question to CIBIL is that what is the procedure of Accepting such entries. Do u have any guidelines for this. Why CIBIL is not communicated to the Indivisual Person before enter his name. Has CIBIL knows what is happened with the Individual Person. Why CIBIL is not asking to the ICICI BANK CREDIT CARD department. Why the ICICI CARD not follows the committment given to Card Holder for Reversing the Charges.
This is the one way traffic from CIBIL. Before accepting such wrong credit information CIBIL must ask to Both Parties.
