DEAR SIR,

It is to intimate that my card number 4317575039057055 belonging to name of Meena Thakur expired on dated 30/11 . it is also intimated that few months ago renewal card was sent to my residential address but at that i was out of station for a period of two months i could not pick up my card from courier agency.

so that you are kindly requested to send my card again at my residential ADDRESS .

with enhance limit more than (Rs50, 000)

IT IS ALSO REQUESTED THAT STATEMENT OF DATED 19/11 RECEIVED ME IN WHICH RS 500/- HAS CHARGED OVER LIMIT FEE PLEASE WAVE OFF THE OVER LIMIT FEE
