Iam a very old customer of HSBC credit card, previously with PNB-HSBC & subsequently with only HSBC with all the terms & conditions being the same.
Now i have been charged with Annual renewal charges on my card as well as on the Add on card.
My date of birth was wrongly picked from my old PNB Card along with reduced Limits despite no default.
Due to your bad service & breach of conditions i have already cancelled my card but you are still sending the outstanding renewal charges which are applicable only for prospective one year & not retrospective.
Please waive the charges & close my account in a dignified way.
