Complaint against ICICI Bank Credit Card Executive Mr. Anand-Rohini Sector-8, SD Towe

Dear Sir,

My name is Sunil Kumar, was having a credit card of ICICI Bank. I was making the payment to the said bank credit card on the time. Last few days before i have received a call from ICICI Bank Credit Card department Tele Phone no. 011-42050509, 10, 11 and 12. There is Executive Mr. Anand who was calling me and i have assured that i am arranging the funds for making the payment. Last week, his behaviour was not good and he has given me abused a lots of time. I asked him that your bank has allowed for abusing the customer, he told me yes.

This is the main reason why the the customer dont make the payment to them because the bank executives dont behave the good to their customer and mostly abused them.

I want to take a action against the action to Mr. Anand Executive Mr. Anand-Rohini Sector-8, SD Tower. and I want that you should take a necessary action like this person so the customer can make the payment on time to bank.
