Deduction of Rs.30.00 per month

Dear Sir,

I have been using airtel service (prepaid) for the last 4 years. Every month Rs.30/- is deducted from my balance towards monthly subscription for RTCLUB. Msg sender from Airtel : 543212. Msg centre no.919845086010.

I would request airtel not to deduct anything from my balance. I am not availing any RTCLUB service.

If possible please credit my balance for the amount deducted in the past.
