Mouse touch pad not working

I am posting this complient from Sree Sakthi Paper Mill. Ltd Edayar, I am the IT Admin of this company. We have a Dell Laptop which had brought reacentaly it had also not completed the warrenty period. My laptop had a problem that its touch pad is not senceing properly, so it is inconvinent to use. I need the onsite service to resolve this problem.
