DELAY IN SETTLEMENT OF DEATH CLAIM

Dear Sir,

Sub:- DELAY IN SETTLEMENT OF DEATH CLAIM

(ANDHRAPRADESH CIRCLE)

I am the son of Mr. S.SURYA PRAKASA RAO, who was expired on 11-06.

who had taken one POSTAL LIFE INSURANCE POLICY from the DEPARTMENT OF POST.

Policy number AP-316626-CS, Valued Rs.20, 000/-

As a nominee of my father, my mother sri S.Lakshmi claim the policy duly sumbitted all the required documents (original policy documents, death certificate, claim form, and one receipt book) to the Head Postmaster, Ramachandrapuram-533255 on 26-06.Soon after till, we didn't get any information about the claim. Meanwhile we made 3 remainders on this claim issue to the head postmaster ramachandrapuram, but there is no proper information about the claim amount. So I request to kindly take immediate action to settle the claim.
