It was too sad from a blue dart courier service in pune. I was about to receive an important courier from banglore office, which was dispatched on 21/12 and didnt received it till 24/12/09, the day after the commited date.i had to do a long and hectic follow up from the blue dart office at jangali maharaj road, pune with Mr. Sachin who facely neglacted the situation... The problem came to and end when my own person had to walk in the couier office on 24th morning to collect the parcel. Mr.kumar finally help me.
Really a pathetic service from a said to be reputed courier service.
