Improper billing

In my unlimited plan i am receiving a bill with dsl usage charges of 1800. so i am trying to cancel my line through phone by calling customer care they are putting my line line on hold saying that they will connect me to the concerned department and the line is disconnected after 2 or 3 minutes several times.
