Non-receiving of Premium Receipt Book

I'm originally resident of Uttar Dinajpur District of West Bengal State. The place of my residence is ISLAMPUR. I insured with PLI 3 (three) nos (Postal Life Insurance) @ Rs.575.00 x 2 and Rs. 1175/- in my daughter's name and in my name in the month of September & Oct.2009. Mr. Uttam Guha is the Office Superintendent (M) of Islampur Sub-post office with whom the three nos. policies had been insured for Rs.1, 00, 000.00 each in the month of Sept., Oct. '09. Next premium is unable to deposit for want of premium receipt book. It is heard that Sri Guha, O/S (M) contacted over telephone with the concerned office to issue Premium Receipt Book of P.L.I. in favour of my daughter and self after hearing from me. But nos. of day are passing on. What should I do at this moment.
