Tds detail not submit in income tax dept

I manoj choudhary employee in development credit bank ltd in finance dept at jaipur before 1.5 yrs.

my tds details for the assisment year 2008 - 2009 not submit in income tax department, now income tax not pay my tds amt (approx 11000 /- eleven thousend) he saying that development credit bank not submit tds detail.

now plz update my tds detail in income tax dept.
