Cancelled my OD CC a/c

Sir,

I had OD CC Facility in Vasai West branch. I am submitted all required paper for renewing my account 4 months back. Last weak manager told me that my account is not yet renewed and given me a letter for franking. 3 days back I got phone call from one of your staff and he said that your account is closed! dear sir without informing how can any one do such things. I requested manager to renew at least for one month, he said branch is not closed this account its from Head Office. Here with I request you to look after this matter and get proper solution.
