Billing Problem

I feel sad to say in this Hi tech environment still Delhi jal board making very silly mistakes, yes I can understand its a govt organization but still they should work with open eyes in this month of march every consumer received huge billing amount because of the negligence of the people working with Delhi jal board

Now because of this negligence common man suffers a lot first person has to stand in a long ques to rectify the bills then to submit the bill again person has to stand for long time.

I have received huge amount of bill Rs 5260/- in March 11 for last three months however we are paying our previous bills at a time on regular basis. Our last bill we received 616/- which we have paid. But now its to huge amount. I don't understand whats going on.

When we go to correction they are saying Meter Reader will re-check it. But he is not avail at a time.
