Wrongful debit in my card

Dear Sir/ Madam,

On Sunday 24/10, Dmart had swapped by debit card twice for purchases of Rs1196/- on my visa cards. After swapping the message showed in machine as "please try again later" hence twice transaction could not be completed. I had no cash hence I left all purchases at the counter and left Dmart Malad without any transaction and not authorising any signature. Dmart has presented for payment 1196/- for which there is no transaction. I hold Standard Chartered Bank debit card, I thrice complaint Standard chartered bank that I have not authorised such payment still they have debit the same. Bank says that as Dmart has presented for payment they have to pay. This is without my signature. I have also informed Dmart that there has been no transaction they should not present for payment. Still I have debit in my account.

Please help I have been cheated where Bank is refusing to help.
