Without cash drawal, amount is debited from account

Dear sir,

Comlaint is already submitted to SBI branch Halol regarding without cash withdrawal, amount is debited from my account using ATM of BOB at halol ondated 01.01.2011. But till today, amount is not credited in my account no. you are requested to please see the matter because it takes already much time.
