PAN CARD NOT RECIEVED

Dear Sir,

My name is UPDESH KUMAR. My date of birth is 18-02-1975. My alloted Permanent Account Number is "AHIPK0168J".

I submitted the correction application form with all required documents and i have CSF NO. 028456774 on dt. 28 AUGUST. Till the date i have not received the PAN CARD.

Kindly check the status of my PAN card application. I have very urgent of my PAN CARD.

Please let me know ASAP.
