Wrong debitting of money

Sir,

I had tried to withdraw an amount of Rs. 5000 from ATM machine of SBI from Ginger hotel, Mysore. In the first attempt, the machine displayed time out. In the second attempt, it displayed that the transaction could not be processed and in the third attempt, I was able to withdraw an amount of rs. 5000. However, to my utter surprise, I got two messages form my Bank informing that two withdrawls of rs. 5000 each have been made and an amount of rs. 10000 has been debitted from my account.

I would like u to take up this matter and get an amount of rs. 5000 credited to my account. It is a Bank of india ATM Card and card No. is 5264 9560 0702 8064.

Waiting for an early action and response on my complaint.
