FALSE COMMITMENT AND NO REFUND

Hi,

I have paid Rs. 3000 to DS Infinity services pvt. ltd. for providing the maid service. I was informed at time of filling the form that if no appropriate maid is provided then they will refund the amount. They sent 2 to 3 maids none of which met the requirement submitted. Now they are not ready to refund the amount.

I have done immense follow ups and also filed a police complaint but there has been no response.

B/3 Washington Plaza, Basement, Behind Ratna Hotel, Goregao west, Mumbai-62.

I have also filed a police complaint but there is no response to that also.

Please assist in getting the refund as all means of getting refund have failed. They are openly cheating the customer.
