Dear, Sir,

With respect, Myself Mr. Hemant ku Pradhan, is a customer of personal loan of Citifinancial company. I am continuing with citifinancial about 2 years.

on 27th Feb I have taken a loan and that loan ref no is 16227620.

My 1st EMI date was 5th April and due to the server problem of CANARA Bank, the above amount was not credited to citifinancial Account on that Date. but I have deposted that amount on the same date at 10.00 AM

The concerned person of citifinancial has given the information that you will pay Rs 220/- excess amunt as penalty due to bounce of your cheque.

But I am not agree to pay that amount. Because, I could not receive the repayment schedule of my personal loan on till date.

The second cause is that the concern bank from where I had issued the cheque was closed on 4th April 2nd April. On 5th April I have deposited that amount after receive my salary from our organization.

In ths regard, I do not want continue with citifinancial for unapplicble penalty of their service.

Now I am going to stop all repayment of ECS system of Citifinancial from Canara Bank and I will refund your loan amount as per your suggestion and date.

I am very unhappy about the customer service citifinancial.
