ENCYCLOPEDIA, HOLIDAY PACKAGE

Dear Sir,

My self YAHAVANTHA SHETTIGAR, had paid Rs. 3, 198/- by SCB credit card for the Holiday package with Encyclopedia, my order No 4400151741 dtd 26/11/09.

But still now Iam not recd any encyclopedia as well as holiday package?
