Sub: Requesting to Settlement My Provident fund amount (PF. NO.KN/26390/80) to my SB A/C NO. 141521 Karnataka Bank Ltd, Malleshwaram Branch, Bangalore.

I have already submitted, withdrawl amount form to pf office 3 months ago (09-07) So Pls let me know the status of my PF amount.

I was working in Telepower solution Pvt Ltd, for 4 year. The above said company was Locked out 1 year back, After that owner of the company was escaped. Now I request your good self to kindly settlement my provident fund amount (PF. NO.KN/26390/80) to my A/C NO. 141521, Karnataka Bank Ltd, Malleshwaram Branch, Bangalore at the earliest and oblige. For which act of kindness I shall be remain greatfull to you sir and oblige.
