Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to bring in your notice that I was issued with a SBI, NEW COLONY BRANCH, GURGAON. Cheque No 840792 dated 12 Jan amounting to Rs 32837/- from the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Gurgaon on my requisition to withdraw my PF amount.

The subject cheque was twice rejected by Gurgaon Gramin Bank, Mohamadpur Ahir when produced for payment.
