Dear Sir / Madam,
The consignment number S84151228 was handed over to first flight courier on 02/06 with 203 kgs weight at Arakonnam, Tamilnadu (~100 kms from Chennai, Tamilnadu). After 6 days of vigorous follow up with various agencies it was informed that the consignment is lying in Chennai cargo as it is overweight / oversize. Then why was it accepted during booking? Then on 08/06 it was rehanded to first flight courier at Arakonnam by splitting it into 4 boxes.
Till today morning it was informed that it is booked in 6.30 am flight. But it still do not appear in tracking. We are in serious doubt whether it has been booked or not? Already the item was to be delivered to our customer who has taken a major overhaul of his plant and he has suffered heavy losses on this account.
