Dear Sir,
I had applied alongwith copy of necessary documents for trasnfering monthly pension to State Bank of India, Kottayam Br., Kerala by regd. AD letteron 29.3.2010 and received by your office on 31.3.1020.
Thereaftrer I have followed up with you & bank by tele phone several times and by letter and my last reminder by Regd AD on 17.5.2011., but it is now more than 1 year no action is taken by you.. You have stopped my monthly pension from Oct. 2010
Sir, I am a heart patient and already settled in Kerala so I can’t visit your office for this purpose at Ahmedabad. So please do needful in the matter yo get regular pension and clear my arrears
