I submit that my Pension account No. 11107112272 is changed from SBI Guntakal Branch (957) to SBI St. Johns Road Secunderabad (6645) in the month of January without giving intimation to the customer, FA&CAO S.C.Railway, the Pension drawing Officer or the old Home Branch i.e. SBI Guntakal. Due to this all letters pertaining to my revision of pension, revision of DR percentages, etc. were addressed and sent to SBI Anantapur, the Link Branch of SBI Guntakal during March and not to SBI St. Johns Road Branch (6645). Hence the authorization letter for paying my pension arrears w.e.f. June is lying with SBI Anantapur and SBI Guntakal, since they also do not know about the change of Pension Account to SBI St. Johns Road Secunderabad (6645). I, therefore request you, sir to please send my further letters of pension pertaining to the above account No. to SBI St. Johns Road Branch (Code : 6645) at Secunderbad-16. I request you, sir to please send an official copy of letter No. APN / 1 / 2 / 6538 dated 21/03 to SBI St. Johns Road Secunderabad (6645) so that my pension arrears may be calculated and by the new Home Branch i.e. SBI St. Johns Road Secunderabad (6645).
