Credit card settlement

I am using ICICI credit card which as a outstanding od 5151/ i would like to settle i have given reasons not to the payment on time. Every time when i call customer care ICICI there is new person i need to narrate the story every time. I want to settle this bcos they are just adding interests on every month.
