I have taken a loan from Family Credit and since they have put the ECS date as 5th of every month, I called and told them that I only get salary by 8th the agent (Ramakrishna) told me, "Its not mine or the company's fault and you should have thought about all that before taking the loan". His English was pathetic and I Family Credit as a company are pathetic at customer service.
Most of their numbers are either not working, busy or nobody picks up the call.
This will cause serious problems for customers.
I personally would request people not to take loans from Family Credit as you will regret it the moment you have the 1st problem (like mine for instance).
