Bad Customer Service

This complaint is against Family Credit for their BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had taken a car loan from them on 28/04 but till date neither I have received any welcome letter from them nor the copy of my loan agreement. Their Toll Free Number 180030116688 never works and always a busy message is displayed. Further on repeatedly calling the main office at Technopolis, 7th Floor, Wing – A, Plot # 4, Block – BP, Sector – V, Salt Lake, Kolkata – 700091 on phone number 91-33-39883000, I am been assured every time that they will call back within 20 minutes but that 20 minutes never happened in the last two months. Kindly look into this and do the needful.
