For loan

Dear sir,

I purchase one bike on Oct and take the loan from family credit bank then pay the installment every month but currently i am job less but i want to do full and final settlement of that pending loan amount but he told to me for extra charges like cheque bounce charges and late fees but i am ready to pay whole amount 1866*9 pending installment but he is not ready on that and give me harassment.

So sir please give me some solution.
