it is regretted to state that the payment of servival benefit of Plicy No. MP-AEA-63568-CC (Ashok Kumar Giri) has not so far been received even elapsing due date 09.12.11. please file my complaint and take necessary action for releasing the payment of the said PLI. I have already filed complaints on 26.12. 12.01.12, 20.01.12, 25.01.12. I have submitted my documents and PLI Pass book in original on 11.11.11 in the Post Office Ghattiya District Ujjain (MP)
