Poor service

Hi,

I am a senior citizen and opened a FD with Tata Motors last year thinking that i will get better interest and good service from this company. My FDR was due on 6th May, considering this i couriered my FDR to their registerer (Link In, Mumbai) on 5th Apr'10.

Till 15th May, i did not got anything then on 16th May, i have received just Interest cheque which also addressing wrong bank account number. Due to this i have to send this back and sent a letter about my prinicipal amount. I have received my interest cheque with correct account number during last week of May but there is no news of my Prinicipal amount. I called them around 3 to 4 times, everytime they are telling tomorrow they are going to send.

Now, yesterday i have received the cheque (after one month of due date) but fun is this cheque again having the wrong account number means i can't encash this.

This is too much.. In case company want to use my money for more time without paying me interest they should say openly. Why they are taking this dirty route to utilize the money without paying interest.

I want the interest for additional period on my prinicipal amount. My FDR# is 214477.
