I am Air tel user since last three year but not i am not satisfy of your service because you activated the schemes without my any kind of instruction and you deduacte my amount from my balance and when i call in customer care they don't pick my phone. and very hardly if they pick my phone they don't accept their mistake. I am very upset from this task. I don't have lots of money to pay this unwanted scheme. I have talked with your supervisor Mohit but he did not take any kind of action of my complaint infect he blamed on me that you activated scheme. I think i have to change my connection for your poor service. i am very upset for your poor service. please request from me take acction of my complaint.
