Every month Bill coming for unactivated internet connection

My Tata Indicom No. 9282423547. I have put my internet connection in safe custody. After wards I am activated my account. But till now i am receiving the bill. Without activated and without use how can I pay the amount. Give the solution for the same. And also stop to coming the bills
