Non receipt of consignment

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have not receipt my 02 consignments :-

(i) B55508393 dated 11Nov 09

(ii) B55497090 dated 01 Dec 09.

I have contacted your customer care helpline and they have made the statement that it has been delivered in the drop box whereas it is suppose to be delivered to individual, or in case of any problem the customer to be contacted before delivery. It is further to be investigated .my contact no is 09910057929.
